Do You Love Your Body Size? How I Learned to....

Believe it or not, one of the most popular questions I get asked, is "what size are you wearing?". At first, when I started blogging I was always uncomfortable with answering with my size because I really didn't want people to know. Over the year I have learned that size is nothing to be ashamed of, and as I get older I have a better understanding of what styles of clothing will suit my body. So let's let the cat out of the bag, I am between a size 6 and 8, leaning more towards the standard size 8. I have spent many years wishing I was smaller, or certain body parts of mine were smaller such as my arms. After having my son I have realized that my body is comfortable at this size, when I had my wisdom teeth pulled out a couple summers ago I lost almost ten pounds, only to gain it back a few months after.
I have learned that my size, is pretty, and I have worked hard to develop a positive attitude towards the body parts I would love to change.  Blogging has been a great confidence builder for me, trust me if you're on the fence about starting a blog just do it!Love yourself and don't be afraid to show yourself to the world. Be ready for some negativity at times, but learn to ignore it and realize that the person making the negative comment is probably insecure themselves and taking it out on you.
So this Eliza J dress is a size 8, and it's gorgeous! I LOVE LOVE LOVE working with Eliza J the dresses are incredible, and the styles are timeless! With a great price point this is by far one of my fave dress lines.

Where Have I Been?

Where have I been? Well I have kind of been asking myself the same thing lately. I feel like I have turned into a bit of a micro-instagram blogger over the last few months and I think it was a good break for me. I won't lie the last couple months have been a bit challenging but if you're a Florence and the Machine fan you'll understand, I think "The Dog Days Are Over".
It's great to be back posting again, and I will be posting regularly, with hopefully YouTube starting up very soon. I actually just bought a new camera, which was a long time coming, but it's going to hopefully make blogging easier.  At times, maintaining the blog stamina, while working full time gets to be a bit too much to keep up with. Some days I wish I could just blog full time, but the brand isn't there yet! Maybe one day right??? Until then I can't wait to show you some new looks and share some great products!
